🎯 What MyEZToll Owner Is
MyEZToll processes tolls, parking and violations for rental fleets and passes each charge on to the renter who incurred it. Owners follow all of that in the web owner portal, which is built for a desk.
MyEZToll Owner is the mobile app for the same account. It opens on a dashboard with the numbers that need attention — failed charges, disputes to answer, the pending balance — and from there takes you to your vehicles, bookings, charges, violations and drivers.
It is a standalone product with its own release cycle, but it is not a separate service: it signs in with your owner portal account and shows the same data, so nothing has to be set up twice.

🔄 Turo Fleet Sync
MyEZToll uses this app to keep a Turo host's fleet in sync. The app reads the host's public Turo profile page from the owner's phone, MyEZToll picks the vehicles out of it and links each Turo listing to the matching car in the fleet, so tolls and violations are attributed to the right Turo trip and the right renter.
No Turo password is involved and MyEZToll's servers never connect to Turo themselves: the page is the same public page anyone can open, read from the phone's own connection. Trips reach MyEZToll from Turo's booking emails; the app supplies the fleet those trips are matched against.
The sync runs around the clock in the background, under a notification that says so, and starts again by itself after the phone restarts.

🔧 Problems It Solves
- Failed charges noticed late. The dashboard puts them on the first screen, so a declined card is seen the same day.
- Disputes answered from a laptop. Evidence is a photo of the car, taken and attached where the car is.
- Checking a booking means finding a computer. Bookings, vehicles and drivers are a tap away, with pull-to-refresh on every list.
- Two systems to keep in step. The app is a window onto the same owner account, not a second copy of the data.
🛡️ Privacy
What the app touches, and what it leaves alone:
- No location permission and no location tracking
- No advertising ID, no ads
- Data is not shared with third parties
- Photos are chosen through the Android system photo picker, without storage permissions
- The camera is used only when you attach dispute evidence
- Sign-in tokens are kept in the platform's secure storage
